Olympic Weight Lifting

B2B Barbell Club’s Weightlifting Classes concentrate a lot on technique in addition to a rigorous training program. The classes are based off of important skills needed to correctly perform the  Snatch and Clean and Jerk, as well as increasing the strength to hit heavy numbers.

Group Fitness

 Group Fitness is exactly what it sounds like. It is designed for both, the competitive athlete and the outgoing mother. Get signed up with our Group Fitness class to experience a different type of workout. Workouts include timed events, circuit training, and a mix of other workouts that most people do not do on a daily basis.

Speed and Agility

 Speed and agility are an essential part to every sport ranging from football to ice hockey. We focus the the small details and technique to make you get a little quicker, and little faster, and a little more agile. We rely on your work ethic to take your training to the next level so you can leave your competition in the dust.
